To nurture good intents, to nurture elevated intents is considered positive purusharth (spiritual effort in the relative sense). Through that, one will ascend to a higher life-form in the next life. To nurture negative intents is considered negative purusharth. Through that, one will regress to a lower life-form in the next life. And if after coming into the state as the Self (Purush), One engages in Real Purusharth (the Real spiritual effort to progress in the experience as the Self), then He will attain moksha (ultimate liberation)!

There are two paths to realize Bhagwan (God; the absolute Self): one is indirect worship (paroksh bhakti) of Bhagwan, and the other is direct worship (pratyaksh bhakti) of Bhagwan. In paroksh bhakti, the tendencies of the chit do not remain engrossed in Bhagwan. In pratyaksh bhakti, the tendencies of the chit remain constantly engrossed in Bhagwan. Without realizing who Bhagwan is in the Real sense, pratyaksh bhakti cannot arise.

Nowadays, most of the quarrels at home are arising from suspicion. Suspicion gives rise to vibrations, which in turn give rise to sparks. Whereas if one becomes free of suspicion, then these sparks will extinguish on their own. How can the sparks extinguish if both people are full of suspicion? There is no choice but for one of the two to become free of suspicion!

The reason being, to be happy or to be miserable is not something that is under one's own control. That is purely dependent on the karma that one has charged in the previous life. Moreover, one has no choice in the matter, those karma certainly have to be suffered.
